Boat Cover Leather
I covered my boat seat with new vinyl and its a bit baggy in spots can I shrink it with steam like leather ?

The only thing you can do is tighten the vinyl again. Steam will have no effect on it. A heat gun will only soften the vinyl and if there is any pressure against the vinyl from the material inside, it will make your problem worse. Heat will not shrink vinyl.

I love it when people put the effort into their boats like you have because it shows they take pride in what they have. Please don’t do a second rate fix for this. Consider it a lesson learned and do it right.
