Ski Seadoo Wave
watercraft should I get?

I want my runner on first wave of next summer. not a stand up jet ski. I want a 3 seater, but do not want one two and no faster than $ 4,000. and also that you can be over 10 years with no more than 200 hours. I also prefer Seadoo than anything else.
