Fiberglass Boat Sailboat
i wont to rebuild and repaint my Laser sailboat, I need advice on some of these issues?

I want to convert my sailboat fiber laser glass cover carbon fiber roof, How much carbon fiber, painting witch I use (I use clear paint, but I want to slip) and I want to repaint the hull of a navy blue and dark brown pin stripe on the side of the boat (Where can I find the colors that poor water and good Cerdocyon r for ships) and where can I get parts for a low price for Vang.

the lazer is a high class vessel, but the modification is no longer capable of competing class racing.
