Blog post of the week: White House adding to copyright enforcement mess
Between AT&T and the Obama administration, I’m seeing red. The day after spending my Monday waiting for jury duty, I find out the White House wants to get tough on copyright infringement and AT&T is joining the “put a cap on yo data” club.

Should I invest $3,553 heavy on maintenance for my old car? ?
I have 1998 Mazda Protege LX. Mazda service recommended me pay parts and service:
Air Flow Meter: $490.00
Major Tune Plugs, Wires, Cap, and Rotor: $495.00
Service EGR Ports: $330.00
Intake Boot Cracked: $215.00
Valve Cover Leak, Oil Seal Leak (Recommend Timing Belt, possible water pump): $895.95
Distribution O-Ring: $113.00
Oil Pan Leaking: $395.00
Front outer C/V Boot Cracked (Recommend replace axles): $620.00
I don't see any leak oil or water on the floor and I don't feel something funny when I driving. I don't know if Mazda service is honest or not. I brought my car for $4,200 three and half years ago and now I have to spend $3,553 for everything to repair. I drive my car and it seem work fine to me but not sure if it will last long because of too many flaws problem. Any advice? I'm full-time student and live in Washington, DC.
Go To IATN.Net. Find an Independent Shop near you and get an estimate on the same repairs. I think you should save at least 600.00
to 1000.00 dollars. Those prices are way out of line.
as was heart felts opinion that all dealerships are dishonest.
They do charge more because they have to invest in all
the special Tools and training the independents typically
do have. to the same levels. This all costs money. Go find
an independent shop that can program all 25 modules the
new Tahoe has. It all comes at a cost!
