How can i stop caring about my kill/death ratio on call of duty?

I never used to care, but suddenly, i just did and i'm not very good at the game, so it stresses me out.

Same thing happened to me when I played Combat Arms.

Just try not to think about it. Try to do your best. If you can get it up at a number that your comfortable with, try to KEEP it there, and there shouldn't be any problems.
